Scratch Resistance Overall Value Ease of Application Scratch Resistance Overall Value Ease of Application I had used Expert Shield products previously for my digital SLR camera. So I knew they are good and had no hesitation in buying an Expert Shield for my new Samsung Galaxy S2. I had also read favourable comments about Expert Shield's customer service.(Posted on 22/10/2011)
Well, at first, I had a slight problem with the Expert Shield on my Galaxy S2 - the edge adhesion was not quite right in one corner. I submitted a short message about this via the website messaging system. I received a quick response to the effect that I had probably received a defective shield. A new shield was despatched immediately and arrived through my letter box the next morning. I rate this as outstanding customer service.
The Expert Shield is quite easy to fit to the Galaxy S2 - it just needs a little care and patience. And the result? You're really not aware that it's there. But you do know that your screen is very well protected.

Scratch Resistance Overall Value Ease of Application Scratch Resistance Overall Value Ease of Application This is a great product with useful instructions (especially regarding applying the product in a bathroom with the hot tap running). The only problem I had was removing the 2nd protective layer. Everytime I tried to peel off the 2nd layer the screen protector stuck to it and not the phone screen! This was quite annoying as I had managed to stick the screen protector on first time without any air bubbles at all, but then when I pulled the 2nd cover off the screen protector started peeling back as well which introduced air bubbles!(Posted on 27/09/2011)
Hopefully you can reduce the stickyness of the outer layer so that it can be peeled off without lifting the screen protector.

Scratch Resistance Overall Value Ease of Application Overall Value Ease of Application Scratch Resistance My lasts review was on the crystal clear version, however this review is on the Matt version and in my opinion the Matt version is better. better because your finger glides smoothly across the screen and I think that it is more resistant to scratches but I still seem to have scratched it just by having the phone in my pocket without anything else in my pocket. you see I am comparing the protector against £15 protectors so I suppose for the money they are not bad but i still hate the fact that it is scratched already.(Posted on 24/09/2011) - Excellent quality, excellent service Review by David M

Ease of Application Scratch Resistance Overall Value I originally bought the anti-glare version not realising at the time that it had a matte finish. I wasn't happy with the frosty look to the screen and so I contacted Ed who sent me the normal version the same day. The description says it is crystal clear and I must say I cannot tell that the protector is on there. Ease of Application Scratch Resistance Overall Value Never written a review before but with this product I felt strongly enough to write one.Customer service outstanding from expertshield,I received lovely post sales emails from them to check if i was satisifed with the product. They were prompt with service and sent a replacement for the first shield i used which did not fit perfectly without me even seeking a replacement. The shield itsself is excellent and my son is pleased with it.Its the first time he has actually kept a shield on his phone so it must be good.Fitting is easy if you follow the instructions to the letter. Ease of Application Scratch Resistance Overall Value Overall a very good protector, good scratch resistance in comparison with others I've used (although they were a third of the price) easy application, only slight downside is that with delivery it worked out at over seven pounds for what is essentially a very small thin piece of plastic with a coating on it (profit margin must be huge!).
